MAWLENOWE (CRIMSON). A wonderful variety of Polish breeding that combines high productivity, large fruit size, and excellent taste. The plant is medium-tall, reaching about 1.5 meters in height, with regular leaf type. It is a mid-season variety that requires pruning and staking for optimal yield. The fruits are very attractive, large, flat-round in shape, smooth, uniform in size, and of the beefsteak type. The color is deep pink with a light reddish hue near the stem, giving the fruits a particularly appealing appearance.
The average fruit weight ranges from 500 to 800 grams, but with proper care, even larger fruits are possible. The flesh is dense, meaty, and very juicy, with a pronounced sweet flavor and a hint of acidity. The seed cavities are small, and the fruits contain few seeds, making this variety ideal for fresh consumption, salads, and juice.
Thanks to its meaty texture and excellent flavor, these tomatoes are also great for sauces and various culinary preparations. The variety is well adapted to open ground conditions and produces consistently even in unfavorable years. A great choice for those who value taste, visual appeal, and high yield. Seeds sourced from Poland.
