MAZARINI. A mid-season, large-fruited variety that immediately attracts attention with its impressive fruits. The first ripe fruits begin to appear approximately 110–115 days after full emergence. The plant forms a vigorous bush about 1.5–1.8 m tall, so it requires reliable support and staking. The variety is primarily intended for growing in greenhouses and plastic-covered shelters, while its good drought tolerance allows the plants to withstand periods of insufficient moisture. The fruits have a beautiful raspberry color and characteristic heart-shaped form. The tomatoes are full and very large — most weigh at least 600 g, while individual fruits can reach 700–800 g. Thanks to their impressive size and striking appearance, they make a real centerpiece in the greenhouse and on the summer table.
The flesh is sugary, meaty, and juicy, with relatively few seeds. Another important advantage is resistance to cracking, which helps the large fruits maintain an attractive appearance even when moisture levels fluctuate. The flavor is especially enjoyable when eaten fresh, making the tomatoes excellent for salads and slicing. The large raspberry-colored tomatoes can be used not only fresh but also for making homemade tomato juice, sauces, and various preserves. The combination of enormous heart-shaped fruits, sugary flesh, few seeds, resistance to cracking, and drought tolerance makes it an interesting variety for lovers of truly large-fruited tomatoes.
