MELON LIQUEUR. An author's variety bred by Sofia Saakova, developed with the participation of the "Heart of Ashgabat" variety in its lineage. Tall, about 1.5 m, mid-season, with good growth vigor and stable fruiting. The fruits are large, elongated plum-shaped or heart-shaped, weighing 130-340 g. The color is yellow-orange with light longitudinal stripes, often well noticeable at full ripeness. Visually, the variety looks very elegant and unusual, especially during the mass harvest phase. The taste is delicate, sweet, with a light refreshing tang, harmonious and pleasant.
The flesh is very dense, meaty, with a small number of seeds, sweet and rich. Thanks to the dense structure, the fruits are excellent for fresh consumption and beautiful slicing. The variety is distinguished by high yield and stable production. It is best to consume the fruits at the stage of full ripeness but without overripening, as they lose density and become softer over time. This is a bright, memorable variety with original coloration and a balanced flavor.
