MICRO DWARF CARROT MINI. Breeding by Helle Brøgger Madsen, origin — Aarhus, Denmark. An early-ripening variety that can be grown as a micro-dwarf or as a compact groundcover plant. The foliage is delicate, "carrot-like," with fine dissected leaves. The stated height can reach 50-60 cm, however, in practice, plants usually do not rise above 10-15 cm, but spread along the ground, forming a dense carpet up to 1 m in diameter.
The yield is very high. The bush is literally strewn with fruits. Suitable for growing in containers, as a trailing plant, or as an ornamental groundcover tomato. The fruits are red, flat-round, up to 4.5-5 cm in diameter, weighing up to 60 g. The flesh is red and juicy. The taste is sweetish, with a light refreshing acidity, harmonious. The variety is versatile: suitable for fresh consumption, salads, and making sauces.
