MINNIE'S PIN STRIPE. Mid-season giant bicolor with enormous fruit—there are no small ones. The plant is accordingly large, reaching 2 meters, very strong, and requires additional support. Yields are high. Each cluster has 3-4 fruits weighing 600-650 grams, all uniform in size, with no cracks or green shoulders. The shape is round-flattened with slight shoulders at the stem end. This is a mid-season, tall, high-yielding variety. Regular leaf type. Fruits are attractive, orange-red, and very dense. Inside, they are also orange-red, marbled, and beautiful.
Juicy, meaty, multi-chambered, with few seeds. The taste is very sweet, slightly fruity—simply amazing. The variety produces many large fruits of excellent quality and outstanding taste. It received a 5+ rating for flavor. The outer skin is rich yellow with a red blush. The flesh is dense and very beautiful: the orange background is highlighted by a red core.
