MINUSINSK BULLS. A mid-early large-fruited variety with a distinctive beefsteak shape and impressive fruit size. The bush grows up to 1.8 meters tall in open ground, with thin, moderately strong stems. Each cluster produces 3–4 fruits weighing between 350 and 900 grams. During the season, there were no fruits under 500 grams!
The shape is heart-round, slightly flattened. The color is a rich red-raspberry. The fruits are extremely juicy, with a thin, delicate skin. The flesh is almost solid with a minimal amount of seeds. Density is medium, and the taste is sweet, balanced, with a pronounced tomato flavor. Ideal for salads, making sauces, ketchups, and natural juices.
