PEACH OXHEART. A tall, mid-early (100-110 days from emergence) indeterminate variety for salad use, with high and stable yield. The plant is vigorous, actively growing throughout the season, reaching 1.5-1.8 m in height, and requires mandatory staking, regular pruning, and training to 2-3 stems. Suitable for growing both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The fruits are most often heart-shaped and may vary slightly in size and shape. The color is bright peach with a warm orange tint and a beautiful glossy skin.
Fruit weight ranges from 120 to 300 g. The flesh is dense, meaty, with few seeds, juicy, and uniform in structure. The taste is sweet, with fruity notes and a delicate balance, practically without sourness. The fruits are rich in carotene, which gives them not only an attractive appearance but also increased nutritional value. The yield is high, with a marketable output of about 7.8-8.5 kg per 1 sq. m. The variety is ideal for fresh consumption and making salads.
