MINUSINSK PINK GLASSES. An updated classic variety from our old archival lines, combining high yield, beautiful fruit shape, and a rich traditional taste. The plant is tall, reaching 1.4-1.5 meters in open ground. This mid-season variety is vigorous, distinguished by stable and very abundant fruiting, and forms clusters well even in changeable weather. The fruits, with an average weight of 120-250 g, are uniform and neat. Their shape resembles large elongated plums or "tops," often with a pointed tip or a characteristic "beak." Pepper-shaped and slightly heart-shaped specimens can be found.
The skin is dense and elastic—when fully ripe, the tomatoes do not crack and retain an attractive marketable appearance for a long time. The flesh is dense, meaty, without voids, and with a small number of seeds. The fruits are juicy but not watery. The taste is very pleasant, harmonious, sweetish, with a pronounced, rich tomato aroma—exactly the one appreciated by lovers of old pink varieties. This is a versatile variety: excellent for fresh salads, slicing, sandwiches, and also for home processing. Dense fruit structure and good keeping quality.
