MIRACLE BERRY. A variety advertised as ampelous (hanging), intended for growing in pots and hanging baskets. For a long time, I wanted to find a tomato that would truly feel comfortable in a limited volume, as there are few truly worthy ampelous varieties. This variety pleasantly surprised, although it takes a little getting used to in terms of shaping. It does not cascade down on its own like a pelargonium, but with proper pinching, that's exactly what happens. If you pinch the plant at a height of 10-15 cm from the ground, it actively grows side shoots that beautifully trail down from the pot.
Shaping plays a key role, and with timely care, the bush looks very impressive. The clusters formed are large, and even in the limited volume of a 3-liter pot, the yield potential is impressive. The variety is early and very productive — it sets fruit on almost all flower stalks without gaps. The fruits are miniature, about 10 g, bright red, with glossy skin. The taste is exceptionally sweet, literally "crystalline," without excessive acidity. This is a true dessert tomato, especially liked by children. The variety turned out to be absolutely trouble-free in cultivation. Even in two small pots, the harvest was abundant.
