MOIRE SUNSET. A new original variety bred by Sofia Saakova, which was in the F6 stabilization stage in 2024. One of its parent varieties is the famous Maple Syrup. This tomato combines striking purple coloration, meaty fruits, and a rich, classic tomato flavor. A mid-early indeterminate variety with sturdy plants reaching about 1.3 m in open ground. It sets fruit reliably and produces above-average yields.
Each truss carries 3–4 fruits weighing 200–300 g. The tomatoes are large, flattened beefsteak-type, smooth, uniform, and highly attractive. Their skin develops a deep purple color with beautiful iridescent shades characteristic of the variety. Fruits ripen completely, remain free of defects, and retain an excellent market appearance. The flesh is dense, meaty, juicy, and highly aromatic. Small seed cavities provide an excellent texture for fresh eating.
