PEAR ORANGE (PERA NARANJA). A high-yielding cherry tomato variety of Spanish origin, known for its stability and outstandingly sweet flavor. Hailing from the town of Granada La Palma, it is prized for its long fruiting period and excellent shelf life. Indeterminate, tall variety, capable of growing up to 3 m. The plants are vigorous, actively form long, complex clusters, and require mandatory support and side-shooting (suckering). Distinguished by early onset of fruiting and prolonged yield delivery — practically until October. The fruits are small, weighing 10-20 g, with a characteristic pear-like shape.
The color is bright orange, saturated, and very appetizing. The tomatoes are dense, resistant to cracking, store well, and do not lose their marketable appearance. The flavor is very sweet, fruity, aromatic, without pronounced acidity. Thanks to their dense structure and high sugar content, the fruits are ideal for fresh consumption, snacking, salads, and whole-fruit canning. Pera Naranja is a sunny Spanish cherry with abundant fruiting, combining decorative appeal, sweetness, and reliability.
