PETIT MARSEILLAIS (LITTLE MARSEILLE). A rare variety of sweet pepper originating from the south of France, distinguished by its ornamental appearance and refined flavor. The plant forms compact, low-growing bushes about 50-60 cm tall, making it ideal both for open ground and for container cultivation on a balcony or terrace. The fruits are of unusual shape — ribbed, bright yellow, with thin yet firm walls. Their flesh is juicy, crunchy, and very sweet, with a pronounced aroma and a rich, original taste that carries delicate citrus notes. This makes the pepper highly valued fresh, while also being perfect for salads, stuffing, and garnishing dishes.
The variety is mid-season: the period from germination to the beginning of fruiting is 105-115 days. A compact wonder with astonishing productivity! The fruits set abundantly and evenly. Thanks to the plant’s compactness, it can be grown even in limited spaces, while its decorative look makes it not only useful but also a beautiful addition to a home garden or urban space. It bears fruit perfectly in pots, open ground, greenhouses — in any conditions! An incredible variety!
