PETO MIRACLE. A mid-early, high-yielding sweet pepper variety of Bulgarian origin, distinguished by its large fruit size and stable fruiting. The plants are vigorous, semi-spreading, about 60-100 cm tall, developing well both in open ground and in greenhouses. The fruits are large, elongated, cylindrical or cone-shaped, up to 23 cm long, weighing 300-500 g, with some specimens possibly being even larger.
The ripening period is approximately 100-120 days. At technical ripeness, the color is green; when fully ripe, it is a rich red; orange forms are also found. The walls are thick, the flesh is juicy, fleshy, with a pronounced sweet taste and pleasant aroma. The variety is characterized by disease resistance and high fruit quality. Suitable for fresh consumption, salads, stuffing, lecho, and canning.
