PISANKI, Ukraine. A new variety from the renowned breeder Alexey Ivanovich Kulik from Sumy region. The fruits are truly remarkable — like painted with the brush of a skilled artist. Moreover, Pisanki tomatoes are beautiful both outside and inside. The bushes are strong with broad leaves. Each cluster holds 7-8 fruits weighing up to 100 grams. The height of the bush in open ground reaches 1.5 meters.
The yield is high, fruits set frequently along the entire length of the bush. The fruits have excellent commercial appearance, with an elongated-ovoid shape; sometimes slightly flattened fruits appear. The primary color is green, which turns bronze at full ripeness with red-pink stripes. The fruits do not crack and have no green shoulders, ripening fully.
FRUITS AND COLOR OF THE PISANKI VARIETY
In cross-section, the fruits have 3-4 seed chambers and thick walls. The flesh is two-colored, juicy, with a rich fruity aroma and a sweet-spicy taste. The skin is dense but practically unnoticeable when eating. The tomatoes are very juicy — the juice is literally completely consumed. The main thing is to let them fully ripen to the bronze shade. The shade can vary depending on the region and soil conditions.
Bicolor tomatoes are varieties with two colors on the surface. Usually, it is a combination of green, yellow, orange, or pink shades. They stand out with an original appearance and are generally sweeter and less acidic than regular red tomatoes. Such fruits add brightness and variety to dishes. High marks for beauty, yield, and taste! Highly recommended!
