PISHCHAL. A mid-early sweet pepper variety of the Hungarian type, characterized by rapid ripening and stable yield. Technical ripeness occurs in just 35-40 days, biological ripeness in 50-55 days. Suitable for growing both in open ground and under temporary covers. The fruits are uniform, weighing 120-150 g, of the classic shape for the Hungarian type.
During ripening, the color changes from light salad-green to a rich red. The flesh is juicy and dense. The taste is sweet, pleasant, and well-balanced. The variety is universal — excellent for fresh consumption, salads, cooking, and home processing. The plant is compact and easy to care for.
