RAINBOW CHERRY. An indeterminate, early variety of the cherry-bicolor type. It is a miniature analog of the 'Big Rainbow' variety. The plant is vigorous, requires staking and pruning, and is characterized by good and stable yield. The fruits are 1.5-2 cm in diameter, slightly flat, with small ribs at the base. The coloration is bicolor, striking, with characteristic transitions of shades. The flesh is juicy and tender. The taste is very good, distinctly sweet, and harmonious. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, garnishing dishes, and whole-fruit use.
