RED FURRY BOAR. A medium-sized variety about 1.0 m high, bred by Brad Gates (USA), introduced in 2007. The plant is indeterminate with moderate growth, bushy, with dense regular foliage. It is characterized by good yield, especially in the second half of the season. The fruits weigh 100-200 g, are round, slightly flattened at the poles. The color is red with yellow stripes.
The skin is matte, with a characteristic velvety pubescence resembling peach skin, making the fruits unusual to the touch and very decorative. The flesh is bright red, juicy, and meaty. The taste is rich, sweet, with harmonious acidity, highly rated for quality. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption and salads.
