RUSSIAN ORANGE. A striking large-fruited variety with an attractive two-tone coloration of the fruits. The tomatoes are orange-pink, with soft color transitions, and can vary in shape — from heart-shaped to flat-round, which gives the harvest a natural "living" diversity. The fruit weight reaches 300 g. On the cut, the flesh is yellow, meaty, multi-chambered, but the seed chambers are small and there are few seeds.
The structure is dense, not overly juicy, holds its shape well when sliced. The aroma is pleasant, tomato-like. The taste is mild, balanced, without sharp acidity, delicate, although not too intense. Suitable for fresh consumption, salads, and home cooking, where dense texture and neat slicing are valued. The variety is interesting for its color and fruit shape, and will be a worthy addition to the collection of lovers of orange-pink tomatoes.
