SALUTES TO VICTORIA is a tall-growing, mid-early tomato variety created by breeder Sofia Saakova and one of her personal favorites. The plant is strong and vigorous, reaching 1.2-1.7 m in height, requires minimal care, and performs excellently both in greenhouses and open ground. The fruits are medium to large, weighing 150-400 g, with high productivity. Tomatoes stand out due to their bright and unusual coloration: a deep purple base decorated with vivid red streaks and striking inky anthocyanin brush strokes on the shoulders. Highly recommended for all lovers of exotic tomatoes.
The fruit shape is refined and heart-shaped with an elegant elongated tip. Different shapes may appear on the same plant, ranging from plump hearts to more elongated ones with a slender nose. This diversity adds exceptional ornamental value and makes each fruit truly unique. The flesh is deep burgundy with green seed chambers, very flavorful, sweet, and juicy. Fruits ripen almost simultaneously on the plant, making harvesting easy and convenient.
Pearlescent raspberry and green striping combined with a light anthocyanin coating create a spectacular appearance that will be highly appreciated by collectors and lovers of decorative tomatoes. The variety is currently in the stabilization stage, making it especially interesting for further cultivation and selection. SALUTES TO VICTORIA is an ideal choice for those who seek not only excellent flavor but also extraordinary visual appeal.
