SAMORODOK F1. Is a mid-season, high-yielding sweet pepper hybrid that combines large fruit size, excellent taste, and stable productivity. The ripening period averages 110-120 days from germination. The plant is compact, strong, and well-leafed, reaching about 70 cm in height. It is suitable for both open-field cultivation and greenhouse growing. The hybrid shows good resistance to adverse weather conditions and major diseases, making it a reliable choice for various regions. Fruits are large, uniform, and attractive in shape, weighing 200-250 g.
The walls are very thick—up to 10 mm—fleshy, juicy, and crunchy. At technical maturity, the color is light green, turning deep red at full biological maturity. The pepper has an excellent sweet taste with no bitterness and a pleasant aroma. This hybrid is ideal for fresh consumption, salads, stuffing, baking, and processing. Thanks to its dense structure, the fruits tolerate transportation well and have good keeping quality, maintaining their marketable appearance for a long time.
