SEVERNAJA MALJUTKA. Is an early-maturing, indeterminate and exceptionally high-yielding tomato variety that performs especially well under intensive cultivation and precise yield management. The plants are vigorous, with very dense foliage. The bushes are literally covered with fruits that are firmly attached to the stems, making it easy to harvest whole clusters at once. This feature makes the variety suitable both for home gardens and for commercial production. The fruits are uniform, firm and dense, with a rich bright red color. The flesh is meaty and juicy, with a high sugar content.
The flavor is expressive and complex: sweet, with a light spicy sharpness and a refined, slightly astringent note, which clearly distinguishes this variety from ordinary early tomatoes. The seeds were obtained from Belgium, however, the origin of the variety is Russian. This is indicated by both the name and the characteristic breeding traits focused on resilience, early ripening, and stable yields even under less favorable growing conditions.
