SHAMPAN CHERRY. A mid-early variety, characterized by high yield and attractive fruits of an unusual color. The plant produces a large number of clusters and provides a stable harvest. It is a cherry type, although there are discrepancies in various sources — sometimes it is described as a cocktail tomato with larger fruits, which is probably due to the existence of different lines under this name.
The fruits are small, typically cherry-sized, weighing about 10-30 g, round, and very neat. The color is exquisite: yellow-cream or pastel orange with delicate creamy stripes, making them particularly decorative. The flesh is juicy and tender. The taste is sweet, mild, pleasant, with a good balance. The variety has proven to be very productive and tasty, perfect for fresh consumption, snacking, and garnishing dishes.
