SHOKOLADNIK. A mid-late, high-yielding variety for open ground, about 1.2 m tall. The plant has regular foliage, is sturdy, stable, forms well, and confidently withstands the load of a large number of fruits. The fruits weigh 60-110 g, of a very unusual green-chocolate shade, which immediately attracts attention in the garden bed and in the harvest basket. The coloring is rare and spectacular, especially at the stage of full ripeness when the color becomes maximally deep and saturated. The main feature of the variety is the exceptional density of the flesh. The tomatoes are very meaty, firm, "full," with a dense, uniform structure without cavities.
They hold their shape perfectly when sliced, do not leak, and look neat in salads and on platters. After the appearance, the taste is particularly impressive — it is very sweet, rich, and harmonious. Despite their density, the fruits remain quite juicy, creating an ideal balance of texture and flavor. It is precisely for this combination that the variety is highly valued by enthusiasts of unusual tomatoes. Fruiting is stable and prolonged. The variety shows good resistance to adverse conditions and is suitable both for personal cultivation and for collectors of rare and exotic tomatoes.
