SHOWMAN. An early-ripening cherry tomato variety, introduced in 2022, suitable for growing both outdoors and in greenhouses. The plants are compact, reaching up to 50 cm in height, so they take up little space and are convenient for smaller gardens. This variety stands out for its combination of early maturity, attractive appearance, and excellent fruit flavor.
The tomatoes grow in beautiful clusters, each producing approximately 8–12 uniform fruits. The tomatoes are small, round, weigh around 20 g, and have smooth skins with a rich red color. Their consistent size and attractive appearance make the clusters particularly decorative, while the fruits are also ideal for harvesting in whole trusses.
The flesh has a high sugar content, pleasant sweetness, and a pronounced aroma. The fruits have a rich flavor, making them especially enjoyable fresh from the plant, in fresh salads, and as a garnish for various dishes. Their small size and regular round shape also make them suitable for whole-fruit canning and drying.
The low-growing bushes are convenient for cultivation in garden beds and greenhouses, while the numerous bright fruits give the plants a particularly decorative appearance during the fruiting season. Thanks to their pleasant sweetness and attractive look, these little tomatoes are a wonderful addition to summer meals, suitable for homemade preserves, and perfect for decorating a festive table.
