SIBERIAN BONUS. A mid-early, high-yielding sweet pepper variety of Siberian breeding, suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The plant is compact, up to 80 cm tall, with a closed canopy, holds a large number of ovaries well, and bears fruit consistently. The fruits are large, cube-shaped, uniform, weighing 250-300 g. At technical ripeness, they are green, and when fully ripe, they acquire a bright orange-orange color, effectively contrasting with the dark foliage.
Up to 12-15 quality fruits can form on one plant. The walls are very thick — up to 10 mm, the flesh is tender, juicy, sweet, with a pronounced pepper aroma, without bitterness. The fruits ripen well after harvest, retaining their density and marketable appearance. The variety has a universal purpose: suitable for fresh consumption, stuffing, and processing. It is characterized by a stable yield of up to 3 kg per plant and responds well to regular watering and fertilizing.
