SIBERIAN FORMAT. A mid-early, high-yielding sweet pepper variety, distinguished by its large fruit size and vigorous plant development. The bush is semi-standard, 70-80 cm tall, strong, well-foliated, producing 10-15 large fruits and bearing consistently. The fruits are very large, cube-shaped, 3-4-locular, weighing 300-450 g, with some reaching sizes up to 18×12 cm. At technical ripeness, the color is dark green; when fully ripe, it becomes a rich dark red with a glossy surface.
The walls are thick, 8-10 mm, the flesh is juicy, tender, with a pleasant sweet taste and aroma. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, stuffing, and processing, and is characterized by high fruit marketability. It is demanding on soil fertility and regular watering, responds well to fertilizing, but is also capable of producing a decent harvest in less favorable conditions. The yield can reach up to 3.5 kg per plant.
