SMILING DEVIL. A mid-early tall variety with expressive ornamentality and sweet taste. The bush is indeterminate, strong, fast-growing, about 1.7 m high in open ground. The structure is classic, requiring staking and training. The clusters are simple and semi-complex, each forming 6-12 fruits. The yield is high. The fruits are elongated, of the large cream type, with a small nose, weighing 130-160 g, uniform "one to one." At technical ripeness, they are almost completely covered with anthocyanin.
As they biologically ripen, the anthocyanin transitions into a crimson hue, sometimes partially remaining on the shoulders. The intensity of the blueness depends on the lighting: the more sun, the brighter the anthocyanin coloration appears. The main color of ripe fruits is a deep pink-crimson. The fruits are dense, have good keeping quality, and are transportable. The flesh is meaty, juicy, dense, and "breaks." The taste is richly sweet, aromatic, with a bright tomato character. The variety is valued for its high yield, original coloration, and excellent taste qualities.
