SWEET TOOTH, SWEETHEART, SWEET LOVER, USA. Tall, high-yielding, long-fruiting, a very good variety from Brad Gates, Wild Boar Farms. The maximum fruit weight we've seen is 300 g. The average weight is 100–200 grams. A wonderful, original, and beautiful variety. Fruits have an excellent refreshing taste with sweetness.
Updated seeds, selected from a mutation as shown in the photo. Very good yields from mid-season until the first frosts. A 2016 season novelty from Brad Gates, Wild Boar Farms, USA. Small, elongated plum-shaped fruits, sometimes ending with a point or nipple.
COLOR AND TASTE
Purple-pink skin covered with metallic green stripes. Dense flesh with a rich, sweet flavor. Excellent for fresh consumption, but shows its greatest potential in sauces or paste. Color variation: purple-red with green stripes across the entire fruit, flesh is burgundy.
The bush is huge, 1.9 meters tall. Super-productive, though each cluster has only 4–5 fruits, and stems are moderately strong. Taste — meaty, sweet with a slight acidity, juicy, melting, with a fruity aftertaste. The plant has excellent growth, small stems, regular potato-leaf foliage, and indeterminate growth habit.
