SWEETIE BEEFSTEAK. A unique large-fruited variety originally from the USA, one of the most productive and most delicious in our collection. Mid-season, it forms a vigorous bush up to 1 m tall, which, despite its compact size, demonstrates an impressive yield. The fruits are large, showy, bright pink, uniform, and very attractive. The flesh is juicy, dense, meaty, with a rich, pronounced sweet taste that truly leaves no one indifferent. This is a dessert-type tomato with a rich, "sugary" aftertaste.
The average fruit weight is 300-700 g, with individual specimens capable of exceeding 1 kg. The seed chambers are small, with few seeds, which gives the fruits high density and "solid" tomato flesh. The variety is characterized by a very high yield and good resistance to late blight. Ideal for fresh consumption, salads, and large slices.
