SYLVAN GAUME YELLOW. A tall, mid-season tomato variety distinguished by its stable and high yield. Height in open ground is approximately 1.8-2 m. The plant has a characteristic feature — potato-type leaves, which give the bush a special decorative appearance and contribute to better ventilation. A powerful indeterminate bush requires staking to a reliable support and regular pinching for optimal development. In open ground conditions, it demonstrates impressive productivity.
The fruits are distinguished by a classic flat-round shape with perfect uniformity. Large tomatoes reach a weight of 250-600 grams, with some individual fruits up to 800 grams. They have a rich bright yellow and orange color. The flesh of the fruit is dense, meaty and juicy, of a saturated yellow color. The taste qualities are exceptionally balanced — with pronounced sweetness and a subtle fruity note. According to the results of the 2024 season, this variety has proven to be one of the leaders among analogues in terms of taste characteristics.
