TEPERO. A mid-season variety with a vegetation period of 90-100 days from transplanting seedlings to technical maturity. Plants are compact, 50-60 cm tall, with abundant foliage that protects the fruits from direct sunlight. The fruits have a uniform cuboid shape, weighing on average 200-300 g. During ripening, the color changes from deep black to dark orange with an anthocyanin hue, giving the peppers an ornamental and highly attractive appearance.
The flesh is characterized by thick walls, juiciness, and a distinctly sweet flavor without bitterness. This makes the variety perfect both for fresh consumption (salads, slices) and for processing: canning, freezing, making sauces, and winter preserves. The variety is noted for its consistently high yield, uniform fruit setting, and resistance to unfavorable growing conditions.
