THE RIDDLE OF THE STRAWBERRY WATERFALL. An original indeterminate variety with a graceful but strong bush about 1.5 m tall in open ground. The plant has a slender structure and long leaves, forming clusters of 5-8 fruits well. The variety is mid-early, sets fruit consistently, and is suitable for growing with staking and light training. The fruits are of an unusual shape — from plum-heart-shaped to more pronounced, slightly flattened hearts on subsequent clusters.
Weight 70-150 g, the first fruits are usually slightly larger. The coloration is striking, with an enhanced anthocyanin tint on the shoulders, especially pronounced in good light. The flesh is purple, fleshy, juicy, with a rich aroma. The taste is very sweet, delicate, with practically no acidity, with pronounced fruity notes that are especially revealed when sliced. An excellent choice for fresh consumption and salads due to its flavor and ornamentality.
