TRAPEZ. An early-ripening, high-yielding sweet pepper variety, excellent for growing in open ground, under film covers, in tunnels, and greenhouses. It is characterized by stable productivity and good adaptability to various growing conditions. The fruits have an attractive cylindrical shape, are uniform, smooth, and have a rich dark red color at full ripeness. The average fruit weight is about 150 g. The peppers look very marketable and are perfect both for fresh consumption and for processing.
The flesh is thick-walled (8-10 mm), dense, fleshy, and extremely juicy. The taste is pronounced, sweet, with a pleasant harmonious aroma without bitterness.
