TRICOLOR VARIEGAT. A decorative low-growing variety of hot pepper, valued primarily for its unusual foliage coloration and the bright color change of its fruits. This striking plant can adorn not only a vegetable garden but also a flower bed, balcony, or container composition. The bush is compact, neat, and low-growing. The main feature is the variegated foliage with a combination of white, green, and purple shades. This variegation makes the plant decorative throughout the season, even before fruiting begins. The fruits are small, neat, form abundantly, and look beautiful against the backdrop of the tricolor foliage.
During ripening, they undergo an impressive color change: first green, then they become dark purple, and at the stage of full biological maturity — bright red. On one bush, you can simultaneously observe fruits of different shades, which creates a particularly expressive decorative effect. The ripening period is about 120 days from planting to full fruit coloration. The plant is suitable for growing in open ground, containers, and decorative plantings. Tricolor Variegata is primarily a variety for aesthetic pleasure: the combination of variegated foliage and multi-colored fruits makes it a true ornament to the garden or terrace.
