TSAR'S ROYAL GIFT. A mid-season and very productive variety that begins producing its first fruits approximately 85–90 days after transplanting. The plant forms a compact standard bush about 30 cm tall, so it does not take up much space in the garden. The unusual potato-leaf foliage further distinguishes it from other tomato varieties. Despite its small plant size, the variety is capable of producing large and numerous fruits.
The fruits have an attractive ribbed shape and are quite large, with individual tomatoes reaching about 300 g. As they ripen, they develop a striking dark pink color in the lower part, gradually becoming lighter toward the top. The shoulders are decorated with a delicate creamy shade, creating an attractive transition of colors. This unusual coloration makes the tomatoes especially eye-catching and decorative on the plant.
The fruits have a pleasant, slightly sweet and fairly rich flavor with a characteristic ripe tomato aroma. Their fleshy texture makes them suitable not only for fresh eating but also for preparing various homemade dishes. The harvest is particularly well suited for making thick and flavorful sauces. Thanks to the combination of good flavor, meaty texture and high productivity, this variety can become a real favorite in the kitchen.
Ripening begins relatively early, while under favorable conditions fruiting continues almost until the first frosts. This long harvesting period makes it possible to enjoy fresh tomatoes throughout a significant part of the season. The compact bushes are convenient for small gardens and are well suited to growing in limited spaces. With proper agricultural practices, the plants will consistently produce large, attractive and flavorful fruits.
