TURKISH FLOWER BIBER. One of the rarest and most decorative varieties of hot pepper. The plant is compact, medium-sized, with dense foliage and a neat bush shape. It is excellent for growing in open ground, greenhouses, and even in pots on a windowsill. The main feature is the vertical arrangement of fruits, which form in clusters: 9-14 peppers set and ripen simultaneously in one node, creating a "flower" effect.
The variety is characterized by a very high yield and an unusual fruiting pattern. During ripening, the color changes from green to purple-black, and then to a deep cherry-red, making the plant particularly striking. The heat level is high — about 50,000-100,000 Scoville units, with a bright, pungent flavor. The fruits are suitable for all types of processing, drying, pickling, and culinary use. The variety is valued for its unique ornamentality, yield, and rarity.
