GREEN VERNISSAGE. A mid-season tomato variety with a strong plant reaching approximately 1.5 m in height. It develops well and produces numerous fruit clusters. The first ripening tomatoes appear about 110–115 days after germination. The variety is highly productive, and under favorable conditions the yield can reach up to 15 kg per plant. The fruits are small, round, and weigh approximately 40–60 g, growing in clusters of about six. When fully ripe, they retain their rich green color, complemented by contrasting dark green stripes. This combination of shades gives the tomatoes a very unusual and attractive appearance.
The flavor is pleasant and slightly sweet, with a characteristic tomato aroma. Thanks to their original coloring, the tomatoes look especially beautiful in mixed vegetable assortments and complement other colorful varieties perfectly. They are convenient for preparing soups, borscht, sauces, and other dishes, and can also be dried and stored for winter use.
