WHITE GOLD (BELOYE ZOLOTO). A universal sweet pepper variety of Siberian breeding, distinguished by its large fruit size and excellent taste qualities. The plant is compact, about 50 cm tall, yet produces truly giant fruits. Suitable for growing in open ground and greenhouses. The fruits are cube-shaped, very large, weighing up to 450 g.
The wall thickness (pericarp) reaches up to 1 cm, making them particularly fleshy and juicy. The flesh is dense, sweet, with a rich flavor and pleasant aroma. The variety is versatile — excellent for stuffing, drying, fresh consumption, and processing. It is valued for its combination of a compact bush and very large, high-quality fruits.
