WHITE MARBLE. An exquisite tall, mid-season variety valued for its unusual fruit coloration and refined flavor. The plants are powerful, sturdy, well-developed, with strong growth and high vigor, forming reliable clusters and fruiting consistently throughout the season. The fruits are large, fleshy, weighing 150-350 g, with a classic round or slightly flattened shape. The primary color is creamy-white, with a delicate, almost dusted anthocyanin hue, complemented by a barely noticeable golden marble striping.
This complex, multi-layered coloration gives the tomatoes a truly noble and exclusive appearance — a real visual gem of any collection. In literature and among some collectors, there are mentions of fruits weighing up to 1 kg; however, such sizes have not been observed under our conditions — the variety consistently produced fruits within the stated average range while maintaining high taste qualities and beautiful form. The flesh is tender, juicy, meaty, with a fine texture.
The flavor is rich, distinctly sweet, almost without acidity, soft and harmonious, with a pleasant, delicate aftertaste. An excellent choice for fresh consumption, salads, and aesthetic presentation slices. White Marble is a variety for connoisseurs of refined beauty and soft, dessert-like flavor. It is ideally suited both for collection growing and for those seeking unusual, elegant tomatoes with high gastronomic potential.
