YOSHKIN CAT. A mid-season variety with large, flattened, raspberry-pink beefsteak-type fruits. The plant is vigorous, reaching up to 1.9 meters in open ground, with a strong and spreading stem. Each cluster produces 3 to 4 fruits, each weighing between 600 and 850 grams. The fruits are very large, pink-raspberry in color, flattened and dense, and resistant to cracking. When cut — intense aroma, dense flesh with a small number of tiny seed chambers. Essentially — solid sweet flesh. The variety has a good yield. Excellent taste, with no green spot near the stem. Ideal for processing. A visually attractive variety — deserves the highest rating! Recommended for cultivation in regions with a temperate climate!
