ANASTASIA. An early-ripening, high-yielding sweet pepper variety, known as the "queen of vitamin beds". Suitable for growing in open ground, it is characterized by disease resistance and a stable harvest. The plant is standard-type, compact, 60-80 cm tall, and from one bush you can harvest up to 2 kg of fruit. The ripening period is about 105 days.
The fruits are cone-shaped, weighing 200-250 g, and are a rich red color at full ripeness. The walls are 5-8 mm thick. The flesh is juicy, sweet, with a pleasant taste and aroma. The variety is versatile in use — excellent for fresh consumption, canning, and making lecho, valued for its high yield and excellent taste qualities.
