AUERMUOM APGUE. A rare and very expressive variety from France, combining spectacular appearance, stable yield, and rich taste. An excellent choice for collectors and connoisseurs of anthocyanin tomatoes. The plant is strong, well-developed, mid-season, reaching up to 1.5 m in open ground. The bush is powerful, stable, forms neat clusters with beautiful, uniform fruits. The fruits weigh 150-300 g, in clusters of 3-5 pieces, even, without defects or a tendency to crack, and have good keeping quality.
The color is very unusual: deep cherry-red with spectacular ink-purple "shoulders" near the stem — a result of anthocyanin expression. The flesh is cherry-hued, dense, meaty, juicy. The taste is sweet, rich, with slight tart notes, making it especially interesting and memorable. Such tomatoes are excellent for fresh consumption, salads, slicing, and tastings. The variety is distinguished by high yield, stability, and excellent marketable qualities, making it not only beautiful but also practical.
