BALCONY YELLOW, BALCONY WONDER YELLOW. An ultra-early miniature cherry tomato that ripens only a few days later than the variety Talisman. It is distinguished by its exceptionally high productivity, compact size, and ease of cultivation. An ideal choice for balconies, windowsills, patios, containers, and small garden beds. The growing season is 90–95 days. The plant is a standard mini-dwarf, reaching only 25–30 cm (10–12 in) in height, requiring neither pruning nor staking.
The plant becomes so heavily covered with fruit clusters that during peak production the foliage is almost hidden behind the abundance of bright yellow tomatoes. The fruits are round, slightly flattened, weigh 15–20 g (0.5–0.7 oz), and develop a rich sunny-yellow color. They remain firmly attached to the trusses, resist cracking, do not drop even when fully ripe, and retain their attractive appearance for a long time. This variety is excellent for fresh eating, children's meals, salads, garnishing dishes, and whole-fruit canning.
FLAVOR
The flesh is juicy, tender, and aromatic. The flavor is sweet, well balanced, with a light refreshing acidity that makes the fruits especially pleasant to eat. Thanks to its early maturity, compact growth, and heavy yields, Balcony Yellow is one of the finest tomato varieties for growing in containers and on balconies.
