BIG ZAC YELLOW. A mid-season, large-fruited, high-yielding tomato variety bred in the United States. It is closely related to the red Great Zac and stands out for its unusual fruit coloration, impressive size, and excellent flavor. The plants are vigorous and indeterminate, growing to approximately 1.8 m tall. The fruits are large and flat-round, weighing between 400 and 800 g. When fully ripe, they develop a delicate light-yellow color, with a beautiful pink “cap” adorning the upper part. This combination of shades makes the tomatoes particularly attractive and eye-catching on the vine.
The flesh is yellow with pink marbling, firm, meaty, and juicy at the same time. The flavor is delicate and sweet, with interesting tropical fruit notes that give the tomatoes a distinctive character. Thanks to their pleasant taste and rich flesh, they are excellent for fresh eating, salads, and slicing. The variety is distinguished by high disease resistance and stable varietal characteristics. With proper care, it can reward gardeners with an abundant harvest of large, beautiful, and flavorful fruits. Big Yellow Zac is an excellent choice for gardeners who appreciate large tomatoes with unusual coloring and a dessert-like sweetness.
