BILOZERKA. A popular Ukrainian sweet pepper variety valued for its reliable yields, easy cultivation and excellent flavor. The variety is early to mid-early, with fruits reaching technical maturity approximately 105–110 days after germination. Full biological maturity occurs later. It is suitable for growing outdoors and in greenhouses and adapts well to changing weather conditions. The plants are compact, standard-growing and approximately 40–70 cm tall. The fruits are cone-shaped, with pointed tips, measuring around 9–11 cm in length.
The fruits weigh 90–150 g, with wall thicknesses of 5–8 mm. At the technical maturity stage, the peppers are light cream-colored, almost white, turning bright red when fully ripe. The flesh is firm and juicy, with a pleasant sweet flavor. The fruits withstand transportation well, retain their marketable appearance and are suitable for fresh consumption, salads, stuffing, processing and preserving.
