BILOZERKA. One of the most popular sweet pepper varieties of the Hungarian type, valued for its reliability, yield, and excellent commercial qualities. The variety is early-ripening — about 105-110 days pass from germination to technical ripeness. Suitable for growing both in open and protected ground, it is characterized by a stable harvest and undemanding nature. The fruits are conical in shape with a pointed tip.
The weight of the peppers is up to 100 g, with a wall thickness of 5-6 mm. At the stage of technical ripeness, the color is light, ivory, and when fully ripe, it becomes red. The flesh is dense, juicy, with a pleasant sweet taste. The fruits tolerate transportation well, have a long shelf life, and retain their marketable appearance. The variety is universal — suitable for fresh consumption, salads, processing, and canning.
