BORDO. A mid-season tall variety of Moldovan origin, stabilized and reliable in cultivation. This is a combination of growth vigor, high yield, and expressive taste. It is distinguished by powerful development from the seedling stage — one of the strongest and most vigorous bushes at the seedling stage. The plant has abundant regular foliage and a wide growth spread. It forms a strong, energetic bush capable of withstanding a serious fruit load. The fruits weigh from 100 to 300 g (average about 200 g), are round or slightly flattened, collected in clusters of 6-8 pieces.
Fruiting is stable and long — from mid-season until frost. The color is rich dark red, often with green shoulders. In cross-section, the flesh is green around the circumference and red in the center, containing a sufficient number of seeds. The tomatoes form a real "wall" of beautiful, uniform fruits of a deep burgundy hue. The surface is smooth, with a shallow stem depression. The taste is sweet, rich, with characteristic notes of "black" tomatoes — deep, slightly spicy, with a rich aroma.
