CALIFORNIAN MIRACLE YELLOW. A popular mid-early variety of sweet pepper with excellent commercial and taste qualities. The vegetation period is 120-130 days from germination to technical ripeness. The plants are compact, vigorous, 60-70 cm tall (up to 80 cm under favorable conditions), with a well-developed root system. The bushes are resistant to major diseases, characterized by stable and high yield, and are perfectly suited for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. The fruits are large, cube-shaped, uniform, weighing 120-150 g, with thick, fleshy walls.
At biological ripeness, the color is a rich golden-yellow, very attractive and bright. The flesh is juicy, dense, sweet, with a pronounced pepper aroma, without bitterness. The variety is of universal use: it is ideal for fresh consumption, stuffing, baking, salads, and all types of preservation. Thanks to its dense structure, the fruits tolerate transportation and long-term storage well.
