CLEOTA PINK, USA. A true giant among tomatoes! The plant reaches an impressive height of up to 1.8 meters, with vigorous growth and high productivity. The leaves are large and resemble potato leaves, which is typical for many heirloom and beefsteak varieties.
The fruits are large, meaty, and dense, with some specimens weighing up to 1 kg! The shape is round, slightly ribbed near the stem, and the color is delicate pink with a smooth, thin skin. When fully ripe, the green “shoulders” completely disappear, and the tomatoes develop an even, beautiful color.
VARIETY FEATURES
The flesh is incredibly juicy and sweet, with few seeds and a rich tomato aroma. This variety is often called a pink beefsteak — and rightly so: these tomatoes are perfect for fresh salads, sandwiches, juicy slices, or making thick homemade juice or paste.
