COOKIE SELECT. A brand-new tomato variety developed by Helene Bergquist Orskaug from Norway. These are small cherry tomatoes with a plum shape that ends in a pointed tip. Average fruit weight is 15–25 grams. The skin is a beautiful brownish-red with green stripes. The flesh is juicy and firm, purple-red with green gel inside. The flavor is sweet and rich. The variety is stabilized from the original “Cookie” (Helene Orskaug).

Online, the variety is described as indeterminate, reaching about 1.8 m in height, though all of our plants only grew to about 1 meter. It’s an early and very attractive variety. The shape resembles a dense chocolate-green plum, with dark chocolate-colored flesh on the inside. Very juicy, meaty, with thick walls and an intense smoky flavor! The yield was average — it needs another try.

NORWEGIAN TOMATOES
