CUORE VENETO (HEART OF VENETO). A mid-season, tall, and vigorous indeterminate tomato variety from Italy. The plant reaches up to 2 meters outdoors, wide, sprawling, and strong. A very attractive variety — large bright red fruits whose shapes range from classic heart-shaped to a broad heart with a blunt tip and plump “shoulders” at the base. Mostly, the fruits are flattened with pronounced large ribs that highlight their beauty.
The first fruits weigh about 300-350 grams, while from the second cluster they become noticeably larger, ranging from 500 to 700 grams. This is with plants formed into just 2 stems. The flesh inside is very aromatic, meaty, juicy, and sweet. Seed cavities are small and rare, with very few seeds. A sweet and impressive variety! An excellent large-fruited tomato! High marks for appearance and taste! Recommended for growing where strong support is available.
